Health & Safety

HEART (Harm Elimination And Recognition Training) is just one element of our continued drive towards our HSE vision. HEART is Foster Wheeler's global behavioral safety initiative built on observation and conversation to promote active, visible HSE leadership at all levels of the organization and to engage people into the ownership of HSE. HEART is based on pro-active hazard recognition and risk control to achieve Foster Wheeler's vision of zero harm to the workforce both in offices and sites alike.

The Environment

We work closely with our staff, clients, partners, suppliers and contractors to ensure that we work in an environmentally responsible way, and to understand how to minimize environmental impacts, including working to improve the energy efficiency of our own offices.
